The head is loose on my throwing tomahawk, is there something wrong with it? Most of our throwing tomahawks come with an unsecured head to the handle. This is done on purpose. This allows many of our customers to customize as they choose and interchange handles. It is also recommended to have a handle free of pins and screws to reduce breakage on impact when throwing consistently.
Do you have a paper catalog? We currently do not have a paper catalog. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Add the products you would wish to purchase and then provide shipping information. You will then be given the shipping cost for your items. For more details go to our shipping page. I can't find the product I wanted? What should I do? If you can't find what you were looking for then please let us know. We will find it for you! Do you ship internationally? Yes and No. It depends on what you are wanting to have shipped. Email us with the product number (SKU) and we will respond with shipping availabilities for that item (or items). If you are in Alaska or Hawaii please email us for further shipping info. Is there a minimum order requirement? No How fast should I expect my order? Typically, an order is processed and shipped within 24 hours. As we have multiple warehouses across the country (AZ, MO, SC, etc...) we will get the product to you as soon as possible usually within 2-5 business days. What do you do with the email addresses of your customers? Your email address is secure. We do not give out your information to anyone and your email address is only used for contact with you regarding your purchase or inquiry. Do you have a secure shopping cart? Yes. How do I order a product with a check? Ordering via check is simple. You send a check to our address found on our contact us page with the name and SKU of the product you would like to purchase and we will process your order. Note: Direct mail orders will take longer to process due to sending your check via direct mail. Upon receipt of the check we will process your order and your product will be shipped typically within 24 hours. I want to order a large quantity of items, can you give me a discount for large quantities? We often get requests for large quantities of items.
