About the War Club
Native Americans Indians began using war clubs in the late 17th century. There are various types of Indian war clubs that began to show up soon thereafter. Gunstock War Clubs were a very popular weapon during this time and featured a steel blade protruding out of a "rifle stock" like weapon used as a club. Thus, the name "gunstock" was born because of the shape of the war club.
