However, if they would like to return the item for a refund and not an exchange of the defective product, buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Bought this pipe axe head from you instead of a competitor because in the description it stated that the bowl was pre-drilled. The one I received was NOT pre-drilled. Was not happy.
