Unused, Clean, Sellable Returns - Items that are unused, clean and sellable are eligible for return or exchange. If the buyer would like to exchange for a new item, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs only. If the item falls under this category and the buyer would like to return the item for a refund, they will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as the return shipping costs. Defective Returns - Items that are defective are backed by our product guarantee which states that our products will be free of defects. If the buyer receive a defective item, they will be eligible for an exchange for a new item at no additional cost to them. However, if they would like to return the item for a refund and not an exchange of the defective product, buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Used, Damaged Item Returns - Once the item has been used, the buyer is no longer eligible for a return or exchange. |

Great shape and marched description. There was les burl in the maple than I expected. Fast delivery. I will order from the again.
Received wrong order. Rectified immediately. And quality of axe heads are awesome. Read online how to heat treat the steel. I’ve chopped through 2x4’s, cable steel, and still threw it in a tree. Then smoked out of it. Try that!
