Most orders are shipped from our main warehouse in Salt Lake City, Utah. However, we do have multiple warehouses and we do not guarantee the shipment will come from this warehouse.

At HatchetsandAxes.com we offer economy, standard and expedited shipping options. Here are the shipping times listed in order of speed:

  • Economy Shipping (Parcel Post, SmartPost, SurePost, DHL)- ETA is 5-7 business days from the date of the order
  • Standard Ground Shipping (DHL, FedEx or UPS Ground) - ETA is 4-5 business days from date of the order.
  • Expedited Shipping (DHL, USPS Prioirty Mail or FedEx 2day) - ETA is 3-4 business days from date of order
  • Overnight Shipping (FedEx or UPS Overight) - ETA 2 business days from date of order*

*Generally we can ship your products the same day as long as the order is placed before 11am PST. After that time, we cannot guarantee orders will ship same day.

We strive to ship your order in the fastest way possible. In an effort to offer the best selection of cutting tools and tomahawk products we have several warehouses around the nation. This enables us to offer unique tools and crafts from different forges and manufacturers across the United States. As a result, we often ship different items in different packages because they are coming from different warehouses.

Items will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. However, due to the custom nature of some pieces that we sell, there may be rare cases where items will take 7-10 business days to ship because we will be making additional products to meet the high demand for our high quality tomahawks and other products.

Shipping Outside the US

Due to the variability in the weight of our tomahawks (hawks are heavy!) and the numerous destinations, our website is not able to generate a shipping quote for orders outside the US. There are many items that we are able to ship outside of the US but due to the different customs in each country, you are responsible for any items that are shipped outside of the United States. It is up to you to understand your local laws and customs regulations and obey them when importing our products.

Contact us for an international shipping quote. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a quote. When asking for an international shipping quote, please specify the following:

  1. Products ordered (SKU & Quantity)
  2. Full address (street, city, state/province, zip/postal code, country)

Track Your Order

It's easy to track your order. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Customer Account
  2. You will see a summary of your orders with order status under the order total
  3. For tracking info, click "View Order" on the order you want to track
  4. Then select "Track Your Order" link

In Store Pickup

HatchetsandAxes.com does not have a retail showroom. However, we do allow pickups at our warehouse in Salt Lake City. Only select items are elibible for in store pickup. Important information regarding this feature:

  • Contact us for in store pickup
  • Once approved, please allow at least 2 business days advance notice
  • You will then receive instructions via email for how to pick up your purchased items
